Delivery is complimentary for orders within India. International orders are delivered for a flat EUR 20 charge, confirmed before payment. Below you will find our standard delivery timelines and return conditions.

Delivery
Orders within India receive complimentary tracked delivery. International delivery is charged at EUR 20. Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout.
Returns
Every RAEN piece is made to order. Standard-size pieces may be requested for exchange within 14 days of receipt when unworn, in original condition and with all tags intact. Refund eligibility applies only to non-custom-sized orders confirmed by client care. Pieces made to personal measurements are final except where a verified fault applies.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes charged by the destination authority. These charges are not included in RAEN checkout totals and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
