By using the RAEN website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
02. Order Terms
Every RAEN piece is made in limited quantities and subject to fabric availability. We may update product details, pricing or availability when necessary, and we may cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it.
Payment must be completed before production begins. Delivery timelines may vary because of customs, carrier delays and the destination address.
03. Intellectual Property
The RAEN name, product photography, garment designs and website content are the intellectual property of RAEN and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, distribute or reproduce our content without written permission.
04. Limits of Liability
RAEN is responsible for preparing your order according to the information provided at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's terms and local import processes.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction.
