What is your return policy?
Every RAEN piece is made to order. Standard-size pieces may be considered for exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in original condition and retain all tags. Refunds are considered only for eligible orders without custom sizing and where confirmed by our client care team. Pieces made to a client’s measurements are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except where a verified fault applies. Where do you ship?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. RAEN pieces are delivered to clients in Dubai, Monaco, London, Milan, Paris, Singapore, New York, and beyond.
How do I care for my silk garment?
RAEN silks require specialist dry cleaning. Store each piece carefully away from direct light and humidity. Do not machine wash. For complete care instructions, please refer to our Garment Care page.
How is RAEN made?
Each piece is constructed by skilled artisans working with carefully sourced materials and refined finishing techniques. We hold our production partners to standards of craftsmanship we do not compromise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Do you offer bespoke commissions?
For private commissions and atelier appointments, please contact us at concierge@raen.design. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with real-time tracking details. Your piece is monitored carefully from atelier to delivery.
